Livestock & Availability
Yes. We offer nationwide livestock delivery on selected days using a specialist livestock courier, with delivery from £24. All livestock is carefully packed for transport and covered by our Arrive Alive Guarantee. Full delivery information and postcode restrictions can be found on our Delivery & Collection page.
We keep many previously stocked livestock listings on our website so customers can still view species information and see what we've had available in the past. Select Notify Me on an unavailable listing, and we'll let you know when it returns.
New livestock arrives regularly across our freshwater, marine and reptile departments. Stock changes constantly, so check our Just Landed section for the latest arrivals.
Shopping With Us
Absolutely. Our physical store is at Rock Farm, Wheatley Hill, DH6 3NL. You can browse our livestock, aquariums, reptiles and products in person, and our team is available if you need advice.
Usually! We work with a wide range of suppliers and leading brands. If there's a particular product or livestock species you're looking for, ask us and we'll see if we can source it.
Yes. You can order online and collect from Tropical Supplies. We'll let you know when your order is ready.
Delivery & Orders
Delivery times depend on what you're ordering and the delivery service selected. Livestock is dispatched on specific days, while dry goods are available with a range of delivery options. Available-to-order items can arrive in as little as a few days and will usually be available within a week, depending on supplier availability. Once we’ve checked availability with our supplier, we’ll contact you if there are any issues or expected delays with your order. Livestock orders are covered by our Arrive Alive Guarantee. In the unlikely event of a problem, contact us within the timeframe stated in our delivery terms with the required photographs or video, and we'll arrange a replacement or credit in accordance with our policy.
