Latin name: Hyphessobrycon elachys
The Reed Tetra is a delicate, lesser-known South American tetra admired for its slender body, subtle golden tones, and faint vertical markings. Peaceful and refined, it’s an excellent choice for planted and natural-style aquariums where its gentle beauty really shines.
