icasso Clownfish Grade A Pair (Amphiprion percula / Designer Picasso Percula Clownfish)
A premium and highly sought-after designer marine fish, the Picasso Clownfish Grade A Pair is prized for its unique irregular white patterning, vibrant orange coloration, and bold black edging. Every pair displays distinctive markings, making each set truly one of a kind.
Compatibility:
Peaceful to semi-aggressive. Best kept with other peaceful community species such as gobies, blennies, wrasses, and small tangs. As an established pair, they may become territorial around their chosen area or host anemone.
Reef Compatibility:
Reef-safe. Completely safe with corals and most invertebrates, making them ideal for reef aquariums. May naturally host in anemones, although this is not essential for captive care.
Diet:
Omnivore – feeds on high-quality marine pellets, flakes, mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, and finely chopped seafood. Feed 1–2 times daily to maintain health and vibrant coloration.
Water Parameters:
- Temperature: 24–27°C
- Salinity: 1.023–1.026 SG
- pH: 8.1–8.4
- Minimum Tank Size: 100L
Care Level:
Easy – hardy, adaptable, and suitable for both beginner and experienced marine aquarists. Tank-bred pairs are generally robust and easy to maintain.
Top Tip:
Provide rockwork and sheltered areas to help the pair establish territory. Stable water quality and a varied diet help maintain strong coloration and healthy long-term pair bonding.
