Habitat
Boa Constrictors originate from tropical forests and woodland regions of Central and South America, thriving in spacious enclosures with stable heat and humidity.
- Enclosure: Large secure vivarium with ample floor space and climbing opportunities

- Warm side: 30–32°C
- Cool side: 24–26°C
- Humidity: Moderate to high (60–70%) with access to a humid area during shedding
- Lighting: Low-level UVB can be beneficial
- Decor: Strong branches, cork bark hides, and sturdy enrichment items
Feeding
Boa Constrictors are powerful constrictors with healthy feeding responses and relatively straightforward dietary needs.
- Diet: Appropriately sized mice or rats depending on age and size

- Fresh water should always be available
