The Exo Terra® TerraSky UVB LED Terrarium Spot emits optimal levels of UVA & UVB and is an ideal energy efficient UV source for various terrarium applications. The focused light beam ensures a stronger and deeper UV penetration and can be directed towards a certain zone in the terrarium to create an area with a higher UV content. This will allow your animals to regulate their own UV intake.
The combination of unique and powerful UVB, UVA and 6500K LEDs provides your reptiles with a broad spectrum of visual light and UV. The UVA rays stimulate the animal’s appetite, activity, and reproductive behavior. UVA also reduces stress and contributes to the animal’s overall wellbeing. The UVB rays provide a high Vitamin D3 yield index and ensure optimal vitamin D3 photosynthesis to aid calcium absorption and prevent metabolic diseases.
The Exo Terra® TerraSky UV LED Terrarium Spot use very durable LED chips that produce Light, UVA and UVB rays for up to 20,000 hours or 4+ years!
The compact dimensions of the TerraSky UVB LED Terrarium Spot also allows it to be used on smaller terrariums.
Can be combined with a Daytime Basking Spot or Intense Basking Spot, depending on your animal’s temperature requirements.
Can be combined with an Infrared Basking Spot to create a 24-hour cycle.
